What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I do an hour (two hours for couples) understand the client and how the client wants my help. Most people benefit from collaborative coaching rather than a psychotherapy approach but I am well trained in both and the client makes the final decision. The only real difference is coaching is sold in packages and psychotherapy is one session at a time.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a PhD and have a diverse educational background in marriage and family therapy, shame theory, which I refer to as the trance of shame, and multiple spiritual practices. I am an advanced Veriditas Labyrinth Facilitator. Currently I am the author of three books and lead vibrant workshops through-out the year.

My psychotherapy is $175.00 hour and I do not participate in any insurance plans.
