What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I start working with a new client I always want to know what their business is, what they need, what they did not like from a previous accountant or bookkeeper. I then explain how I can help. We go over their books as well as what their goals are with their business.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelors Degree in Accounting and I have over 20 years experience with bookkeeping, payroll and tax.

I charge based on the workload as I feel that not everyone needs to pay the same price if they are a smaller company.
