What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A quick telephone conversation to determine your needs, then we discuss how you want to proceed, in person or by secure portal. Once we have completed your return we will call you to review your returns and answer your questions. Once you approve, we collect your authorization electronically and then efile your returns.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Decades of experience and a CPA on staff for quality assurance.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
We have a price schedule that is hard to beat! We start at $139.00 and increase slightly base on the complexity of your returns. Many of our clients pay the minimum.
