I feel I give a great service all year long for my clients. I dont want them to have to pay with an arm or a leg for their taxes.
I love helping people from young to young at heart. I want people to not stress over their taxes. If they have a problem I want to help them come up with the solution.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Talking with them first, finding out what their income is and what problem if any they are having. Getting to know them as much as possible
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I took the course originally in 1978. I did it for just my family and friends to do their taxes. In 2014 I took the course again and started working for a major tax company for 5 years. I started my own in 2019
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
I dont have a standard, once again everyone has different situations. I want to be fair across the board and not over charge anyone
How did you get started in this business?
i was approached by a neighbor to come and work for the Major Tax Company
What types of customers have you worked with?
i have worked from the simpliest w2 to Stock, bonds, business, rentals, partnerships.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?

What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
If they have any questions on anything from taxes being taken out of their paycheck to what can they deduct or not deduct to looking at their Business income and what can be deducted through your business.
