Greetings. My name is Yulonda Ross and I am the founder and CEO of V-Rose Counseling and Consulting Services LLC. I am a Licensed and Certified Alcohol and Drug Abuse Counselor and an Empowerment Coach. I have a passion for people because I know what it feels like to be down and wanting something better and different for your life. I meet people where they are so it's a judgment-free zone. You will feel comfortable and free to be you at every visit.
I have been in the field of substance abuse for over 14 years. I have experience working with juvenile probation; probation and parole; residential treatment; mental health and at-risk youth. I have served in the role as a Clinical Supervisor and Treatment Coordinator.
I am currently Licensed (LADAC) and Certified (ICADC) as a Alcohol and Drug Abuse Counselor and as a Life Coach. The types of therapy I use are CBT; Motivational Interviewing; Person-Centered; Psychodynamic; REBT and Reality Therapy.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually do a free consultation which allows me an opportunity to determine if I'm a good fit for them as a clinician and it also helps me to determine what type of services they will need.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Masters of Science in Addiction Studies and a Bachelor's of Science in Psychology. I have my License and Certification as a Alcohol and Drig Abuse Counselor and I have experience in Mental Health.

Self-pay. My sessions range from $80.00- $100.00.

My graduate program helped me to transition into the field of substance abuse and mental health.
