What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Email or phone call appointment set for a 30 min NO obligation meeting. After initial meeting contact preference is per customer, in person, email or phone.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a BA in Business from UALR. A minor in Business Administration. I am a Registered Agent with the IRS and have over 20 years experience with taxes and business consulting.

Each client is unique in the services they need, so a individual proposal is provided to each client.
How did you get started in this business?
I started by preparing taxes for friends and family and grew my business after I completed my education.
