When I'm speak with a new client, I find out the basic information [name, contact phone#, filing status & type of employment] so I can quote my fee (I advise that it is subject to change based on further investigation) and schedule an appointment.

I normally contact the client the day before via phone or text to confirm the appointment and advise of all the documentation that I need when we sit down.

Once we meet, I review the documentation that is presented to see if there is anything else that I might require before completing the return. At that time, we can determine if the client wants to drop off the return or complete it right there.

Filing Single - $75 and up

Filing Head of Household / Married / Itemized Deductions - $150 and up

I have always enjoyed working with numbers as a child. As an adult, my love for numbers never stopped. I did taxes for family & friends for over 20 years. I finally decided to get paid for something that I love. Plus I love to help educate my clients with ways to correct problems they might be having when they owe the IRS.
