What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Come in for an interview that lasts about an hour. Bring a copy of previous year's return and all receipts you think might be used in the preparation of your return.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
BA in Liberal Arts from the University of Rhose Island and MA in Education from Elmira College, Elmira, NY; H & R Block tax courses; and receive a minimum of 72 credit hours in taxation every year
