About

I love helping clients to navigate through the muddy waters of cognitive, emotional, and behavioral concerns that influence their ability to adjust and excel @ being their best self.

My experiences have been with individuals, rehabilitating groups, Premarital & Postmarital couples and relationship issues in families. I have been counseling clients since 2018.

My qualifications include a BS in Nursing, a MA in Marriage and Family Therapy, Marriage and Family Therapist Intern.

I enjoy seeing people experience the light of understanding and believing in their ability to change. Nothing warms my heart more than seeing hope in someone's eyes.

I have a Master's of Arts degree in Marriage and Family Therapy and continue training under Supervision of Dr Jenny Haines.

A Client called me after hours and I talked with him to find out how I could help. I directed him to go to the emergency room to be evaluated and he did. The hospital admitted him and treated him for a couple of days. The client's prognosis with therapy and medication was moderately well. I was glad to know that I had helped the client get assistance and get the treatment he needed.

When considering a counselor, ask about their credentials. Ask if you can see them and listen for their willingness to talk about their office guidelines and regulations including HIPPA compliance, informed consent and therapies incorporated during a session.
