We do provide nationwide Tax Preparation Services.We are a small business, that work with clients to accommodate their needs by being knowledgeable, proficient, and professional. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I welcome new clients. Their process isn't any different to get started. I only ask that they have necessary documents or information needed to begin preparation such as income source, dependent information, identification, 1098-T form,1099-R,1099 forms etc.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have 14 years of experience, been in business for 10 years.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Yes, there is a standard price of $200 preparation fee for form W2 and for 1099 Schedule SE the the standard price is $300 for preparation fee. Fees does not include Banking Fees, Service Fees, Processing Fees, Service Bureau Fees or Technology Fees.
How did you get started in this business?
I got started in the business, because in my opinion, there were a lot of over pricing and mistreatment towards Tax Payers while trying to have Tax Preparation Services rendered.

I have had the privledge of working with a very diverse group of clients throughout the years.

Im very fond of community involvement and fundraisers that helps to aid the unfortunate, elderly, kids, and some young adults.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Take your time when doing your search for professional help, check websites, social media, your/their state sites and even the irs sites. It is your money that you've worked hard for and is now about to spend for services needed.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Customers should consider cost, experience, knowledge, the products offered, proficiency, and sometimes location.
