Your Life Matters Mental Health Facility
About
All of our therapists are Masters level and licensed. We make it as convenient as possible for clients by providing home and teletherapy. If you do not have insurance, we work on a sliding scale based on your income. We also have packages that you can pay for monthly to cover services.
We enjoy knowing that we provide a safe haven for clients. This is the one place they can talk about whatever is on their minds without the worry of others finding out. We enjoy seeing clients improve and become more confident and independent. We enjoy the personal journey the clients allow us to take with them.
The founder has been a therapist for five years, and the business was established two and a half years ago.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will do an initial assessment with every client to assure that we have a full picture of their needs. Once the initial assessment is done, we will then set up appointments to see clients on a weekly basis.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All therapists in our office are master's level, licensed counselors, marriage/family and social workers.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
We offer a sliding scale for income qualified clients. We also have discounted packages available for clients. We also accept certain insurances, including Medicaid for children's services.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We've worked with children and adults. We've worked in schools, provided home therapy and telehealth.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
I'd advise any customer to find a counselor with whom they could relate and feel comfortable. If a client doesn't trust or feel he or she can relate to the therapist, there's a risk of the client's unwillingness to be open about problems, which is the main reason for counseling.
