Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
New clients can contact me via email, phone or text. I generally provide a free initial telephone review and consultation, after which we can decide the best plan of action.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Licnesed for 30 years. J.D. from Temple Univ School of Law. B.S. from Drexel University.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Many matters can be priced on a flat fee basis. Some matters (such as personal injury and accident cases) are done on a contingent basis - meaning there is no legal fee unless I am successful in getting money on your case. Other matters may be handled on an hourly basis at a reasonable rate.
How did you get started in this business?
I was never one of thos ekids who always wanted to be a lawyer. I fell in love with the law while an undergrad at Drexel, where one of my law classes was taught by the person who wrote the text book we were using.
What types of customers have you worked with?
All types. From Fortune 500 corporate clients to small business owners and individuals.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
On a recent forelcosure case I was able to keep the person in their home for 8 years and got the mortgage company to pay him significant money due to their misleading tactics.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Do they have the experience, knowledge and temperment to adequately represent you. Many time going to court is not the best option. You need someone to get you the best deal for your particular circumstances.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Have all your information and paperwork ready and available. This will greatly assist in a quick and complete evaluation of your matter.
