About
I believe in therapy and the how it helps individuals, couples, and families learn communication and acceptance so they feel connected.
This is what I offer clients when they enter into a counseling relationship with me. I offer them a safe environment where its okay to communicate thoughts and feelings. I know how to look at your problems from a big picture, and practical perspective. I am able to provide hope when my clients enter counseling and do not see hope.
I have worked with clients in diverse settings since 2002, to include the North Carolina court system, the Department of Health and Human Services, and the Department of Public Safety, the Division of Juvenile Justice.
I am a 2011 graduate of Pfeiffer University, Marriage and Family Master's Degree program, and licensed marriage and family therapist in the state of North Carolina since 2013. I have earned accreditation as a Triple P Provider, and trained mediator for North Carolina District Courts, District 19A, and 19C.
I am a Marriage and Family Therapist (MFT), and as an MFT I am part of a highly experienced group of practitioners concerned about the long-term well-being of the individuals, couples, and families I serve.
