Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I am available by appointment at my office or at a location of clients choice. I travel to home/hospital/detention centers (jail). I am available Monday- Sunday. I offer professional, prompt and efficient services at low cost.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an associate's in psychology. II have been a notary public for 10 years. I worked underu attorney supervision as paralegal for 13 years (criminal, immigration, family and accidents). I have now received my Legal Document Preparer license which allows me to prepare legal documents on my own without attorney supervision and at a lower cost. I help clients with theirt legal documents when an attorney is not necessary or they just cant afford to hire one. I do however have excellent attorney referrals for those that do need attorney representation (criminal, immigration, family, accidents).
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Discussed upon appointment.
How did you get started in this business?
I was studying psychology since I graduated high school, but I started working when I moved to Phoenix from El Paso Texas at law firms. I was employed for 8 years at my most recent one. I would take care of all office matters. I also would go do jail visits, I would also go to court and jail to interpret between attorney and clients who didn't speak Spanish. I really enjoy what I do and decided to change careers. I then found out Arizona does allow anyone with no crincrim récord and with enough experience to obtain a license that allows them to prepare legal documents and I decided to open my own business to assist those that can't afford to pay an attorney.
What types of customers have you worked with?
All types, needs and nationalities. I am bilingual (English/Spanish) which limits me to only interpret and translate between does that speak one or the other.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.

And alslo being part of not so joyce occasion such giving someone a peace of mind when making end of live decisions whether is medical or general personal decisions. Either way Im am helping and being part of something special and making a change in someone's life.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Every case is important and should be treated as such. Take the time to seat down with someone to discuss your situation. Hire only someone you feel absolutely comfortable with and answers your questions and you are not left with doubts. Do not go with cheaper go with people that really know and have experience.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
You can write down questions before going to an appointment to cover all main points.
